today we will make mutton achari gosht recipe 500 gram mutton 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/3 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp nijella seeds we will make a coarse powder of all spices except nijella seeds coarsely crush into a mortar and pestle 2 medium size tomatoes chopped 2 medium size onions chopped 1 tsp salt+1 tsp coriander powder+1 tsp red chili powder 1/3 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4-5 green chilies filled with chat masala and lemon juice 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves and 4 tbsp yogurt heat 1/ cup oil into a pressure cooker once oil heats up add chopped onions into this fry onions till they turn light pink in color add mutton and fry it 2-3 min on medium high heat add ginger garlic paste and powdered spices by adding little water, fry it for 3-4 min on medium high heat now add coarse powder of achari masala, chopped tomatoes and yogurt fry it well for 6-7 min ( add some water if require ) add 3/4 cup of water ( 180 ml ) cover the lid bring one pressure on high heat, simmer and cook for 9-10 min release the pressure naturally add green chillies and coriander leaves mix it and ready to serve
