Mysore Pak INGREDIENTS: 1 cup gram flour (besan) 2 cups of ghee (melted) 2 cups of sugar Add 2 cups of sugar to the kadai Add water to submerge the sugar Melt the ghee 1 cup less then the brim Sieve the gram flour (besan) Add 2-3 teaspoons of ghee to roast the gram flour Roast until the raw smell is gone Check for one string consistency (ek tar chashni) Add the roasted gram flour into the melted ghee Stir it well without lumps and bring it to idli batter consistency Pour the batter into the sugar syrup (chashni) Add 2 teaspoons of ghee again and stir well Constantly stir it Stir until the ghee separates and the kadai bottom can be seen Pour the mixture into a greased tray immediately Trick to remove the sweet !
