Navratri Special Vada Recipe in Hindi by Indian Food Made Easy



Navratri special vada recipe is a easy and quick recipe All the ingredients used in this vada recipe are good to consume during navratri fast These are all the ingredients required for navratri special vada recipe In our todays navratri special vada recipe we will be using yesterdays videos chilla recipe mixture To make this mixture we have ground 1/2 cup sabudana in a grinder And we have mixed one cup of samak rice flour which we consume during navratri This mixture can be stored in a airtight container, it won't be spoiled for whole 9 days of navratri And this mix will help make vada or chilla very quickly To make this navratri special vada add one spoon of desi ghee in a hot pan Add one chopped green chilli when ghee heats up 8 to 10 chopped curry leaves 1/3rd spoon black pepper powder 1/2 spoon or as per taste rock salt which is consumed during navratri fast And add 1 + 1/2 cup of water and mix well together Now add sabudana and rice mix a little at a time and keep stirring to avoid any lumps formation if we add the whole mixture at once, it might be a problem to mix everything together Another thing to note here is that we have used 1+ 1/2 cup water for 1 cup mixture means 1 + 1/2 times of mixtures quantity Now add one grated boiled potato to this When everything gets mixed well and it separates from the pan, then it is ready We will take it out of the hot pan and store for 10 minutes so it could cool down and sabudana could absorb water Now we will make vada with this mixture, for which apply some desi ghee on palm of your hands Take some mixture and make round ball of it Press the ball a little And make a whole in the middle with your finger to give it shape of a vada This navratri special vada is ready to fry We will make vada of remaining mixture same way Now to fry them add some desi ghee in a hot pan Add the vadas when ghee heats up Some of us don't mind using refined oil during navratri, if you wish you can use refined oil for frying instead of using desi ghee Flip and fry from all sides After frying for about 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame, when they appear golden brown in colour, these are ready to serve We will take them out on a absorbing paper so that all the extra oil could be absorbed Serve these crispy on the outside and soft from inside navratri special vadas with hot chai and home made mint coriander chutney If you liked my video then please press the like button below And do subscribe to my channel Do press the bell icon so you don't miss any of my new videos Thank you
