– Mother's Kitchen – Chicken Curry – 1 kg chicken – 500g chopped onion – 300 g chopped tomatoes – 3-4 bay leaves, 6 cardamom, 4 cloves, 2 stick cinnamon Heat oil 4 tablespoons mustard oil – Add cardamom, clove, cinnamon and cinnamon – 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) – fry in oil for 30 seconds – add chopped onion – chopped tomatoes – half a tablespoon turmeric powder – half a tablespoon red chilli powder – half a tablespoon cashmere red chilli powder – salt to taste – Add Chicken Pieces Mix the chicken well in the spices Cook for 5 minutes – 4 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste – mix well Cook until cooked chicken is ready for 35-40 minutes – half a tablespoon Garam Masala Powder Mix well with Garam Masala Powder Chicken curry ready to eat – Serve hot with hot rice and enjoy the taste – Subscribe to our channel for new delicious recipes – Thanks for watching the video
