Hello, this is Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi and I have come up with an absolutely Desi recipe Parwal do pyaza many people dont like parwal but this is very interesting recipe parwal or pointed gourd is very intresting first of all we will peel the parwal using a peeler or scraper the skin is tough so we need to peel it after peeling like this i have scraped a little it is all right if traces of skin are left now you need to cut it for that first cutthe edges and cut into quartes and sometimes the parwal is yellowish from inside

so you need to remove that part while buying you need to mae sure that you dont by big pieces as they lave big seeds in them buy small pieces is very important after cutting parwal we will heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan in that we will add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp kalonji (onion seeds) along with this we will add 1 onion chopped we will brown the onion a little this is perfect for two people we have sauted the onions for 2-3 mins once the onion lightly browns we will add 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste along with this we will add 2-3 chopped green chillies and we will saute for 1 mins along with this we will add 1 large tomato chopped
