Hello Lets cook Patodio Ingredients required: Turmeric leaves ( wash & clean) for filling: 1 coconut ( desiccated 75 g) jaggery 95 j rice 300 g soak overnight grind the rice with salt to taste, and little water grind to a thin paste mix coconut and jaggery together spread the paste add the filling close both the sides and press the edges boil water in the the steamer lay the Patodio in the steamer steam for 10-14 minutes ready to serve hot or cold (peel & Enjoy)
