3/4 CUP MILK
2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1/2 CUP POWDER MILK
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1য2 CUP OIL
MIX THE BUTTER MILK
1 TEASPOON PINEAPPLE EXTRACT
MIX IT
6 INCH CAKE MOULD (OIL GREASED & FLOUR DUSTED)
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE MOULD
1 CUP CHOPPED PINEAPPLE
BLEND IT
PUT THE PINEAPPLE CRUSH INTO THE PAN
2 TABLESPOON SUGAR
COOK IT ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2-3 MIN.
2 DROP YELLOW FOOD COLOR
1য2 TEASPOON PINEAPPLE EXTRACT
1/4 CUP HOT WATER
1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
CLEAR THE EDGES
CUTOUT THE SIDE PARTS OF THE CAKE
DIVIDE THE CAKE INTO 3 PARTS
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
PUT A LAYER OF PINEAPPLE CRUSH
REPATE THE PROCESS
COVER THE CAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM
PUT A LAYER OF PINEAPPLE CRUSH ON THE TOP
WHIPPED CREAM & CHERRY ON THE TOP
