Sabudana Fingers Recipe – Navratri Special – Indian Vegetarian Snack in Hindi – Lata’s Kitchen



Namaste, Welcome to Lata's Kitchen Today I'm going to make a quick and tasty snack Sabudana Fingers – These can be eaten for fasts or as a regular snack 1 Cup = 250 ml Sabudana (medium sized) – 1/2 cup Make a powder of it using a mixer grinder 4 peeled boiled potatoes ( medium sized) Grate them Put in a large bowl 3/4 tsp salt (use rock salt instead for fast) 1/2 tsp red chilly powder (use 1/4 tsp black pepper powder instead if making for fasts) 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp garam masala Sabudana powder Mix well You can also add 1 tbsp roasted groundnut powder Make a dough like consistency IF its too hard you can add a little water Apply some oil on the palms Divide dough into 4 parts Roll it Cut into pieces Roll into fingers Heat oil on high To check oil, add some dough if it floats oil is ready Oil should be very hot Turn gas to medium and add fingers Fry till light golden brown Take them out into a plate Similarly fry all the fingers Sabudana fingers are ready

While making these fingers don't keep the dough for long Fry these fingers in hot oil and keep gas on medium while frying Thanks for watching sabudana fingers
