Assalamoalikum I welcome you all to cooking with ammi jaan Today I will share with you shami kabab recipe For making shami kabab, We take Half Kg Beef, 250 gm of Split Bengal gram Ginger, Garlic, Onion, cumin, black cardamom green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves Take button red chilies 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds 10-20 cloves of garlic 1 table spoon salt We put all these thing in cooker to boil for 15 minutes Now we will grind it After 15 minutes, when our beef and Split Bengal gram is boiled, we will grind them Add 1 egg at a time when grind them instead of water Add another egg in second time and now this is all done That means by adding 2 eggs it is grinded Now we will mix it by adding 1 tablespoon of garam masala and add Green chilies and mint leaves and ginger Mix all of them Now we will fry it For frying, we add oil in fry pan Now make them in round small or large shape as you wanted and make it fry As you can see, it turns into golden brown color and it looks crispy now lets dish it out and garnish it Now serve it with tortilla or with biryani or pulao and enjoy it It looks so yummy For more videos, Subscribe our channel and hit the bell button
