Simple and Tasty Egg Masala | Authentic Bengali Cooking | Dim Kosha | Recipe by Mother’s Own



– Mother's Kitchen – Egg masala – 4 boiled eggs – half onion finely chopped, half a tomato finely chopped chopped leaf, two green chilies finely chopped Make tomato, onion and green chillies paste in mixer – 1 baked potato cut into 4 tecroses – Heat 2 spoonful of oil in a pan – Add half a teaspoon of salt to it – Lightly fry the curry marks in the egg, and lightly fry them in oil – Cut into spices and curry will be slightly abrasored in the egg – this increases the tanks – Gravy is well absorbed by lightly frying eggs Fry the egg and remove the egg from the oil and keep it in the side – Put 2 cardamom, 2 cloves and a little cinnamon in the same oil Mix the tomatoes, onions and green chili paste

– 1 tsp spoon ginger paste – 1 tsp ginger garlic paste – Fry well, add one minute – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – salt to taste – mix well – Fry the spices well until leaving the oil Mix one-and-a-half spoonful of curd in a little water and mix it with masala – Fry well with curd and spices until the water is dry – Put frozen eggs in the spices – Add boiled potatoes Mix well with spices – Mix 1 hot water and mix well – Cook the dough until the water starts boiling – One spoonful of garam masala – Mix well If you like if you add coriander leaves – Keep the gas shovel and watch again for 5 minutes
