Namaste i'am TSHETEN! i would like to welcome you all to my channel Today i'am going to share soy chunk dry achar recipe with you all Easy to make and delicious For this recipe i'am using 2 cups of soy chunk Soak it in a water and let it be soft like this Squeeze dry transfer to another bowl Cut it in middle and make it two Add 2 Tbs of curd in soy chunk Add chilli powder according to your taste Add salt according to your taste Combine well Add 1&1/2 Tbs corn starch and mix it well Now soy chunk is ready to fry keep aside Other ingredients i'am using in this recipe is 1small bowl of roasted penut 5 dry chillies whole and 2Tbs roasted sesame seeds 2Tsp mustard oil Salt according to your taste and 2 Tbs chat masala Ginger and garlic To fry soy chunk you can use any cooking oil here i'am using 4 Tbs of normal cooking Fry soy chunk in low flame and make it crispy When it done strain oil and take out in a bowl So now start to add other ingredients on to fry soy chunk like roasted peanut Add roasted sesame seeds Add chat masala Salt according to your taste When you add finished all ingredients keep aside And heat up mustard oil for tempering Add ginger and garlic in a hot oil My apologies,i forget to on the camera When it start to change the colour add whole chill in it Fry this ginger and garlic in low heat,burnt ginger garlic will destroy the taste of achar It is done now, turn off the flame Add this hot oil in this achar After adding tempering oil in it combine well So try this recipe at home and share with your friends and families Thank you by/by
