Here I took Sesame Oil, you can choose any other vegetable oil of your choice, but sesame oil will make this vegetable more healthy because it contains calcium I took 1 tablespoon of sesame oil Here I took 1 piece of large onion cut it into cubes Do not overcook, just light pink it Here we are cooking a healthy food with lots of vegetables You can use any vegetable of your choice See the colour of onion has changed Now here I put bell peppers I took 1 piece of medium size yellow bell pepper I took 1 piece of medium size green bell pepper and 1 piece of medium size red bell pepper I chopped all these 3 in cube shape

We don't have to dissolve any vegetable because the more crispy the vegetable is, the better it tastes Here I put 6-7 slant cut baby corns I took 5-6 mushrooms and cut them into thin pieces 1 medium piece of broccoli and cut them into flower shape 1 medium sized flower of iceberg and cut it into cube shape 1 tablespoon boiled sweet corn If you want you can also add cheese here Now I put 1 teaspoon of garlic paste ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 piece ginger of one inch size I put grated ginger in it, so that the juice that comes out of it will give great flavor I have turned it on medium flame 1 teaspoon soya sauce See, I like having ketchup a lot, so I put here 1 tablespoon of ketchup It is optional, if you like ketchup then you can also add ketchup

It looks so tempting See our vegetable is ready I took 1 teaspoon of white sesame seed and dry roast them To roast, I took a pan put sesame and cook it for 30 seconds and it became little crispy Now I sprinkle it on vegetable From this it will be more healthy and will also look more attractive
