Stuffed Salmon Grilled in Grape Leaves. Georgian Cuisine Recipe



for this recipe you're gonna need dill cilantro grape leaves garlic salt and pepper walnuts lemon and salmon for additional information turn on closed captions Roughly chop 3 Tablespoons of Dill and Cilantro Roughly chop 3 cloves of garlic Cut in half one lemon Add the Dill, Cilantro, Garlic and the juice of half a lemon, and 1 cup of Walnuts to a food processor Add Salt and Pepper to taste but it should be highly seasoned Process the mixture until it looks like this Cut a pocket into the salmon and stuff it with the Walnut Mixture Wrap the stuffed salmon in Grape Leaves

Here I use about 6 grape leaves Butchers string will help secure it but it is optional Grill on high heat for approx 5 minutes per side Don't worry if the grape leaves burn you don't eat them

Serve them immediately and instruct your guest to peel away the grape leaves all right everybody this is looking awesome I can't wait to try this Georgian inspired they use a lot of walnuts you saw what I put in there wrapped it in grape leaves so this is really going to infuse kind of that sour grape leaf flavor on the outside my sister texted me earlier you saw that at the beginning of the video she wanted me to do something new with Hey, instead of Salmon, I was thinking a canned tuna challenge would be better!
