We will make sweet bun today Sweet mango flavoured bun Made with fresh mango pulp Let's start the recipe 1 tsp active dry yeast Add ¼ cup lukewarm water Leave it for 5 minutes 2 medium size mango pulp 3 tbsp sugar You can add sugar powder instead of sugar ½ tsp salt Mix all ingredients properly Leave it for 2-3 minutes 2 cup refined flour 1½ tbsp desiccated coconut 1 tbsp refined oil Mix all ingredients Dry yeast batter Add mango pulp Add mango pulp step by step You can add sugar powder direct in refined flour instead of adding in mango pulp Knead it for 4-5 minutes till it becomes soft Add some drops of oil in hand in kneading time Divide the dough into 12 piece Make it in round shape Shape it in this process grease a tray with oil Keep the dough balls over it Add oil Keep it for 2 hour in a warm place Take ½ kg salt in a pan Spread uniformly Cover the pan for 10 minutes in slow medium flame After 2 hours again add some oil over the fermented dough balls Keep the tray in pan Bake it for 20 minutes in slow medium flame After 20 minutes it is perfectly baked and looks beautiful Leave it for 10-15 minutes Take the bun in a plate It looks beautiful and properly baked It is so spongy If you add milk powder, when you make the dough, then the bun will more tasty
