Welcome to Daruma Cooking channel ♪ Let's make Japanese food, Takoyaki Add the 100 ml first 3 eggs This food is popular specially in Osaka prefecture Add 1 tsp of hondashi Hondashi is bonito fish soup stock or Japanese fish soup stock And add 1 tsp of soy sauce Using only 100 ml of water first so it's easy to mix it Mix well and then add the 200 gr takoyaki flour I'm not sure if it sell in your country too but I ever made with flour and it taste good too Add the rest 800 ml of water Mix it and leave it first while we are preparing the other ingredients The main ingredients, octopus! I only use octopus when making takoyaki >< Cut it around 1 cm or as you like How many tako or octopus do you need? Well take the small one is ok I think With this recipe you can make around 40 to 50 takoyaki Depend on your takoyaki machine size too Let's prepare the Tenkasu or Tempura flake It's a deep fried flour batter Salad oil for the takoyaki machine so it will make your takoyaki crunchy and easy to turn You can substitute the salad oil with olive oil to make it healthier Add the tenkasu but don't fill it too much because it's getting bigger when mix with the batter You also can add like green onion or cheese inside Prepare the takoyaki batter or directly use the ladle to pour the batter into the takoyaki machine Add the octopus Using electric takoyaki make the heat not same on all side So I usually proceed the middle one first Don't worry, after several tried you can turn over the takoyaki You can use bamboo skewers to do the job It's done! Now we add the topping Eat while it's hot But be careful not to burn your tongue And mayonnaise is optional If you like the video, click the like button and don't forget to subscribe (^^♪
