com Shana: In today's video, I'll be making five of my favorite recipes to make a delicious quinoa Buddha bowl Not only are we going to be making quinoa today, but we're also going to be making roasted beets, Brussels sprouts, sautéed summer squash, and a delicious creamy dressing to go on Shana: For great vegan recipes, meal prep ideas, and tips on healthy living, hit the bell to be notified when I post a new video, every week First, I'm adding a 1/4 cup of quinoa, that I've drained and rinsed Next, I'm going to add a teaspoon of vegan bouillon, sea salt, and oregano You want to bring that to a boil, and simmer for about 20 minutes Shana: I've diced my baby beets, and now, I'm going to add a teaspoon of grapeseed oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, and herbs, to roast my Brussels sprouts and beans

You want to roast them for about 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees, depending on your oven Now, I'm just sauteing some onions in a hot pan And to that pan, I'm going to add some summer squash, and season with some sea salt, garlic, and herbs To my Nutribullet, I'm going to add a half a cup of raw cashews that I've soaked, a 1/4 cup of water, two teaspoons of maple syrup, a half teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a half teaspoon of thyme Shana: You want to blend that for about 30 seconds, or until you've reached your desired texture
