250 grm lentils washed and soaked in water for 5 to 6 hours or overnight two large onions choped 6 to 7 green chilies, more green chilies less red chili powder 1 tbs cummin and corriendar seeds coarsely grounded 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp termeric powder half cup tamarind paste and 1 kg bitter gaurd you can click on the link to see how to wash and cut the gaurd now we will make the stuffing, put daal in a big bowl now add onions green chilies now cummin and corriender, add salt, red chili and termeric powder add tamarid and mix well now stuff the gaurds and seal them with thread for detailed procedure you can watch the video in the link

put the stuffing with spoon and then wrape thread on it when we are going to fry it we will do it differently because the lentil is now cooked take 2 tbs oil or ghee, place the vegetabel on the surface now cover the skillete, let it cook on low medium heat keep turning them after every 10 minutes until it gets colour on all the sides meanwhile we will cook the remaining stuffing in seperate pan to speed up the cooking process you can add little bit water in it

to cook this lentil you need moisture and steam other wise it will get hard and will not be cooked at all cover the pan, when it starts cooking turn the flame low our B gaurd is ready and got a nice colour, fried perfectly now we will add our cooked lentil so it get the flavour cover for 3 minutes our dish is ready, enjoy with chapatti and kachi lasi they turned out very dilicious and tasty every one enjoyed it
