[UltraVid id=89 ]hello family I’m very happy and excited for this video because I’m gonna show you what I ate in one whole week vegan I [Applause] know for a lot of you starting this lifestyle sometimes you run out of ideas of what to cook at home the purpose of this video is to give you many many ideas of breakfast lunch and dinner that you can make at home easily recipes with easy to find ingredients and I also want to say that might go to snacks whenever I get hungry are apples because they satiate me it’s something sweet and the fiber content is amazing so let’s get started okay so every day for breakfast when I wake up I drink 32 ounces of water with the juice of half a lemon before each meal then I like to eat a small piece of fruit or some kind of sugar then when I come back from working out I like to drink my protein shake and for this one I just used 8 ounces of water with one scoop of protein powder and right now I’m using vivo live shake it up really well and drink it up my breakfast is gonna be a green smoothie for this one I used 1 banana 2 cups of frozen mango one cucumber have a bunch of celery one bunch of parsley and 2 cups of water blend that up and green smoothie is ready they’re my favorite types of movies and I wonder what are your favorite types of smoothies let me know in the comments below for lunch I did a Mexican quinoa salad and for this I used 1 cup of quinoa 1 tomato chopped 1/2 cup of yellow corn a small bunch of cilantro the juice of half a lime juice and I mix that up really well I also added half an avocado a little bit of salt and I serve that with romaine leaves so I basically just may like romaine tacos with the quinoa salad so good for dinner I’m gonna eat a black bean soup so this is basically just black beans that I cooked with onion and some garlic and I added a small bunch of chopped onion 1 chopped tomato a small bunch of chopped cilantro half an avocado and lime juice mix that really well and you’ve got yourself a delicious Mexican bean soup for dinner you guys need to think I’m so weird but it’s just to Keaney or Tuesday again I started off with 32 ounces of water and the juice of half a lemon some fruit before I hit the gym and when I came back I drank my protein shake and I drink it 30 minutes right after I workout for breakfast it’s just watermelon it’s my favorite fruit on the planet and there’s about seven cups of chopped watermelon now for lunch it’s a chickpea salad I just grabbed a cup of chickpeas and I sauteed them with some lemon juice garlic some cayenne powder salt paprika cumin powder and just heat them up and I’m gonna make tahini dressing for this I use one tablespoon of tahini the juice of one lemon some maple syrup garlic powder salt mix that up with a fork and once that’s ready then I just mix everything together my spinach the dressing and the chickpeas for dinner I made some raw zucchini pesto noodles so for this one I spiralized three zucchinis using this little dandy tool I will leave the link below or you can get it for the creamy pesto avocado I used half a zucchini fresh basil to taste 1 clove of garlic one avocado and the juice of half a lemon blend that up really well and then I mix that with my zucchini noodles and just added some cherry tomatoes and voila zucchini pesto is crystal for my dessert is a ginger tea and then just one apple and three small date super super good Wednesday again I started with water with the juice of half a lemon some fruit before I hit the gym and then when I came back my protein shake again and for breakfast I’m gonna have overnight oats you just need half a cup of oats 1 cup of almond milk 1 apple chopped 1 tbsp chia seeds and cinnamon powder to taste you can also add some maple syrup or some coconut sugar if you want to sweeten this up you mix that up really well and then you set it in the fridge overnight but I already had one from before so I just simply put it in a bowl now for lunch I’m gonna have some they’ll stop us with mashed beans and for this one I just heat up some corn tortillas until they turned very hard like a tostada and then I grilled some corn and I seasoned it with some paprika powder chipotle powder salt you can season it however you want but I really like the Mexican flavors in this dish once that is ready then I serve my pasta so I just spread the mashed beans on top of that so start off with some avocado on the top my grilled corn and a fresh simple salad with just some cherry tomatoes and you got yourself a delicious Mexican lunch yummy for dinner I made some walk amoled a loaded potatoes so for this I use two medium potatoes and I just simply put them in the oven for around 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit I made a simple Welcome au lait in finesse I use half an avocado 1 chopped tomato cilantro red onion serrano pepper lime juice salt and mash that up with a fork and I just simply put it in my potatoes and I also made a cream to top off our loaded potatoes and for this I use 1/4 cup of cashews 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast 1 clove of garlic a little bit of water blend that up really well and just put it over your potatoes so you’re gonna have a little bit left over and you can use that as a dressing for our salad another day and for dessert I had some pieces of dark chocolate made with cacao nibs and coconut sugar very very simple and healthy Thursday again I started with water and some lemon juice some fruit before I worked out and then when I came back I took my protein shake like always and for breakfast today I just had coconut water with grapefruit and orange for this I really just eat until I feel satiated and I love to drink coconut water especially after I work out for lunch I made an asian-style salad with some grilled tofu when I used tofu I really like to make sure that it’s organic tofu and I just simply grilled it with some tamari some lemon juice as a firmer solid it’s gonna be a bed of spinach with some spiralized carrots one spiralized cucumber bell pepper you can use any color that you want cut up into strips and the tofu on the side and the dressing is a tahini lemon curry dressing and for this one you just need one tablespoon of tahini the juice of half a lemon one teaspoon of curry powder you can also add some salt mash it up with a fork and it’s ready I like to top it off with some cilantro and some green onions so good and super fresh dinner is gonna be a creamy Chipotle zucchini pasta so to cook the broccoli I just put it in a pan with some water and a wall that’s cooking I made my dressing and for this one I used a 3/4 cup of almond milk 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast 1 garlic clove 1/2 a red bell pepper the juice of one lemon salt pepper chipotle powder and then I ended up adding a handful of cashews blend that up really well once the broccoli is ready then I got my zucchini noodles from two zucchinis and I served it with the broccoli mix that way the sauce serve it and voila it’s ready and for dessert I just had an apple with almond butter super satiating Friday again 30 tones of water with lemon juice fruit before I hit the gym when I came back on my protein shake then for breakfast I had a smoothie bowl and for this I used two frozen bananas and one cup of frozen berries a little bit of almond milk blend that up really well and then top it off with some strawberries coconut flakes chia seeds that’s it delicious for lunch I had portobello fajitas so for this I just used two portobellos cut up into strips and then bell peppers you can really use every color that you want and 1/4 cup of chopped onion as well I put this in a pan and seasoned it with tamari lime juice and once I was ready I served it with some corn tortillas and I put it over a bed of romaine lettuce put some avocado on top and then for dinner I had carrot soup and I have a recipe video here on my channel and I will leave the link below and for dessert I had ginger
