In today's video we will made wheat dosa using wheat flour When you want to make something different using wheat flour, wheat dosa is a really good option Let's begin making wheat dosa These are all the ingredients required for making wheat dosa For making wheat dosa firstly add 1 cup wheat flour in a mixing bowl For color and taste add quarter spoon of red chili powder Add about 1/3rd spoon of salt and add 1 small spoon or 1 packet eno ( fruit salts ) and mix everything well You can buy eno from any grocery or medical shop near to you Add and mix water to this wheat flour mixture To make wheat dosa perfect, make the batter lumps free Perfect batter makes perfect dosa The consistency should be this thin to make perfect dosa Put away for 5 to 7 minutes Meanwhile we will stuffing for dosa For which add 1 to 2 spoons refined oil in a hot pan Add 8 to 10 curry leaves when oil heats up Add half spoon mustard seeds quarter spoon of hing add half spoon cumin seeds and fry them a little Now add finely chopped 5 to 6 garlic cloves Add 1 chopped green chili and fry Now add one chopped onion and fry We will be using very few masalas in this recipe For which we are adding quarter spoon of salt Quarter spoon of red chili powder And add quarter spoon of pepper powder and mix well We have used garlic in this recipe but if you don't prefer, you can skip garlic Now add 3 medium sized boiled potatoes to it After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes dosa stuffing is ready Now to make dosa heat up a flat pan, and sim the heat after pan heats up Brush a little oil on the pan Wipe the oil using a clothe with light hands Now sprinkle a little water Wipe it using a clothe with light hands Now we will make dosa on this, for which pour a little batter on this and spread a little Keep the flame on sim while pouring the batter, after its well spread set heat to medium and cook the dosa When dosa looks a little cooked then brush some oil on it Apply oil on the edges too Lift a little and check from bottom too to see how much is it cooked Usually we cook dosa just from one side, but today we will flip and cook from other side too If you wish to cook just from one side, then heat it for a little longer Flip again after cooking for a few seconds Place the potato stuffing we made earlier Place the stuffing in middle like this Now fold the dosa from both sides You can see here dosa is how crispy Wheat dosa is ready to serve Serve this tasty and crispy wheat dosa with your favorite chutney or sambhar If you liked my video then please press the like button below And do subscribe to my channel And do press the bell icon so you don't miss any of my new videos Thank you
